I have been checking the website daily to see if any miracle has been performed, regardless whether there is news announcement or not. Neither did Fireflyz wrote back to acknowledge receipts of my countless emails. For Hari Raya this year, the flights were added only a month before Raya. Today has been a busy day for me and I only managed to go online this evening at about 8pm.
To my delight, I saw the added flights to Ipoh during CNY period!!! My heart rate increased, I was told off for running down and up the stairs (fetching credit cards) and heart beat even faster as I needed to do 2 lots of booking since there are varying departure dates. What if the other ticket sold out while I am still processing the one for Sig.Ot???
I am so pleased that I have managed to secure the flights eventhough I can't help but to wonder whether the tickets would have been cheaper earlier today as ours cost RM 700+ per person. Nevermind, point is we will get to be with our family for CNY which means alot to me. For that price, I don't mind at all if it means I don't have to sit on the bus for 8 hours or 3 hours from KLIA excluding the CNY jam factor.
Moral of the story is, never give up. Be creative. I am not sure if those emails I have drafted for my friends to send from their emails worked, but I am so pleassseeeed that WE ARE GOING HOME FOR CHINESE NEW YEAR!!!! Thank you also to my dear friends who have wished me well.

it just feels nice to be able to go home to be with family. it's a bonus that my hubby not chinese so that we don't have to alternate location.
